How did you get involved in BMX?
Husband and I needed
something to give us a "break" from everyday life- and since we
meet through BMX many years ago...

How long have you been involved in BMX?
We've been back
about 4 or 5 years,
Tell us about your family- their nuts!
Married?
Yes- to my best friend- Tim
Kids?
NO - I have Tim!!
Pets?
Dog- Nitro, 2 cats - Racer and Lugnut
Most memoriable moment in BMX?
Worlds 2007 - 5th Place Finish
Favorite Food? Mexican
Favorite Color?
Orange - of course
Outside of BMX what are your hobbies/Interests?
Hanging out
with our Hot Rod friends and keeping track of Tony Stewart!

Favorite Race/Track?
I enjoy them all!
What is something that the Illinois BMX Family may not know
about you?
I work a 50 Plus hour a week job, run a screen
printing and embroidery "hobby shop", help husband with his Hot
Rod Business, and still find time for BMX!  Also, Tim and I have
been in over 180 magazines worldwide won the Trendsetter
award and have been nominated  for the Kustom Kemps Hall of
Fame.

How long have you been involved in the Illinois State Board?
1st
Season on the board.

Why did you choice to run for a board position?
I wanted to help
make the sport of BMX grow.

What are your goals for the 2008 season?
Higher Rider count for
Illinois State Riders and to try to help everyone have as much fun
as I do.
a.        The State Webmaster will be the administrator for the
Illinois State website. He/she will obtain points from the State Clerk
and post them within forty-eight (48) hours of obtaining them.

b.        He/She will be in charge of mass communication via emails
for changes & updates.

c.        The website will provide basic information for the State
Series including dates, time, and contact information for the
Illinois State Board members.

d.        The site will also provide ports for each Illinois track to post
schedules, events & contact information.

e.        The site shall include all previously mentioned items
required for viewing by the Illinois racing community.

f.        He/She shall represent the State with an informational site
appropriate for viewing for all ages
State Webmaster Duties
About Carrie...
a.        The Public Relations Director shall act as “good will”
ambassador for all business conducted by the Organization.
He/she shall secure publicity for the Illinois State NBL,
sponsors for it (if possible); promotion of the Series; publicity for
the main body of Illinois NBL Organization and the media.  

b.        He/she shall make sure promotional flyers are printed and
available showing Series race dates and rules, all of which are to
be sent to the media, BMX Today, all tracks, and riders.
