| The State Vice-Commissioner shall in the absence of the State Commissioner, perform all the duties and have all of the powers of the State Commissioner. He/she shall also have such powers and perform such duties as shall be assigned to him/her by the Board of Commissioners. His/her title shall be State Vice- Commissioner. Upon the State Vice-Commissioner’s permanent absence during a fiscal year, the position shall be filled by a majority vote of the Board of Track Directors |

Where are you from? Chatham,Illinois
How did you get involved in BMX? I started Seath racing at 3
years old and quit racing 4 wheelers
How long have you been involved in BMX? 11 years
Tell us about your family-
Married? Yes- Denice
Kids? we have 5 kids (Chelsea 20, Ashley 18, Mirranda 17,
Alaina 14, and Seath15)
Pets? we also have 5 dogs (Gizmo, Abby, Lexi, Molly, and Buddy)
Most memoriable moment in BMX? Before every race when Seath
comes to me for good luck!
Favorite Food? steak and lobster
Favorite Color? orange of course
Outside of BMX what are your hobbies/Interests? motorcycle
riding, yard work, fishing
Favorite Race/Track? Orlando Florida
What is something that the Illinois BMX Family may not know
about you? I was born in Peoria Illinois
How long have you been involved in the Illinois State Board? four
years
Why did you choice to run for a board position? Seath loves the
sport and so do I, so I can be involved in making INBL the best it
can be
What are your goals for the 2008 season? To have a great year,
and help this be the best year yet
