my 4 boys and hubby.

What is something that the Illinois BMX Family may not know
about you? I own a Jazzercize Franchise!
How long have you been involved in the Illinois State Board? 4
months!
Why did you choice to run for a board position? To be more
involved, I love working w/kids and people.
What are your goals for the 2008 season? Keep working on new
sponsors, support everyone, represent our state, be safe and
have fun.
The Secretary shall keep a record of the proceedings of the
Board of Commissioners and the Track Directors. The State
Secretary maintains the legal records of the Organization and
files necessary forms with state/federal agencies (or coordinates
such requirements with as directed by the Board). The State
Secretary shall serve all notices required by law or the By-Laws
of the Organization, and in case of his/her absence, refusal, or
inability to act, his/her duties may be performed by any person
whom the Board of Commissioners may direct. The State
Secretary’s notes, tapes, or whatever note keeping he/she shall
deem necessary at the Open meetings, Annual Meeting, and
Special Meetings, shall be turned over to the State
Commissioner after they are finalized. The State Secretary shall
send a copy of the minutes of all meetings to every member of
the Board of Commissioners and the Track Directors.
