State Clerk/Points Keeper. The State Clerk shall be
responsible for the licensing, registration and
classification of all participants in all State events, for
scheduling the day’s races on the appropriate forms, and
for submission of all race reports within forty-eight (48)
hours of each event to the home office of the National
Bicycle League. He/she is shall verify with the State
Treasurer/Secretary and State Commissioner amounts
collected at State events. If these three (3) officers are not
present, amounts collected must be verified by at least
three (3) unrelated Board members. The State Clerk is
also responsible for entering and maintaining points for all
Illinois NBL sanctioned tracks and keeping track of what
riders ride which track and how many times. The State
Clerk is responsible for volunteers to assist in the Clerk’s
aspect of a race. The State Clerk will run the Team Series
and is responsible for team rosters and track team points.

The State Clerk/ Points Keeper is elected to take office in even years
